Unite Words

Find groups of 4 related words and place them in the same row to complete a set. Swap words between rows to arrange them correctly. Some levels contain special sets that, when completed, reveal new words for you to group. Complete all the sets before the time runs out! If you get stuck, use a hint to highlight a group of words.
Editor's take
Unite Words flips the usual word game direction, and the flip is genuinely fresh. Instead of finding words hidden in a grid, you build them: the board gives you fragments, and you combine pieces into complete words. It sounds simple until you are staring at 'STR' and 'ING' and 'AW' trying to decide which fragments the puzzle intends to join — because the trap is that many combinations look valid but only one clears the board. In playtesting this created a distinctive rhythm: faster than a crossword, more linguistic than a match game, with a pleasant 'click' when the right fragments snap together. Vocabulary level sits at everyday-English, making it friendly for younger players and ESL practice alike. Among our word puzzle selection it fills the gap between Wordle-style deduction and word search pattern hunting — the word game for people who find spelling more fun than guessing.
How to play
Use a mouse or touchpad to select and swap words between rows then group 4 related words in the same row to complete a set
Strategy tips
Start with the rarest fragment on the board — pieces like 'GH' or 'MB' fit few words, so resolving them first collapses the possibilities. If a combination looks valid but the board will not clear, one of your earlier joins was the trap: undo to the last ambiguous merge. Saying fragments aloud helps your brain find the word they make.
