Tile Stack: Mahjong is what happens when mahjong solitaire collides with the triple-match craze — and the collision works. Instead of pairing free tiles off the board, you tap them into a seven-slot tray and clear sets of three, which turns a relaxed matching ritual into genuine resource management. Every tap is a small bet: will the third tile of this kind show up before the tray fills? In our playtests the difficulty pacing impressed us — early boards teach the tray economy gently, then the stacks get taller and the tile variety wider until you are genuinely planning three moves out. The mahjong reading skill still matters (only free tiles are tappable), so genre veterans bring real expertise with them. If classic mahjong solitaire ever started feeling automatic to you, this is the same tiles with the tension turned back on. One of the strongest modern variants we host.

Strategy tips
The seven-slot tray is your life bar — never fill it with more than four different tile kinds. Prioritize tiles that complete a triple already in the tray over opening new kinds, and tap buried-blocking tiles only when you can see their partners. On tall stacks, clear the top layers of the tallest columns first; they hide the most tiles.
